- Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable once the content has been downloaded or accessed.
- If you have not yet downloaded or accessed the digital content and wish to request a refund, you may contact us within 14 days of purchase.

2. Online Courses and Webinars
For online courses, webinars, and educational programs:
- Pre-recorded Courses: If you are unsatisfied with a pre-recorded course, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have completed no more than 25% of the course content.
- Live Webinars: Refunds for live webinars or events may be requested up to 7 days before the scheduled event date. No refunds will be issued within 7 days of the event.
- Missed Webinars: If you miss a live webinar you've purchased, you'll typically receive access to a recording. No refunds will be provided for missed attendance.
3. Subscription Services
For subscription-based services, including premium content, newsletters, or membership areas:
- Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, you will maintain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the unused portion of the current billing cycle.
- Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a prorated basis if canceled within the first 30 days of the subscription period. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but will remain active until the end of the paid term.
- Trial periods: If you cancel during a free trial period, no charges will be applied.

4. Consulting Services and Personalized Financial Guidance
For personalized consulting services, one-on-one sessions, or custom financial guidance:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled consultation will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time will receive a 50% refund or the option to reschedule (one-time only).
- No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time.
- If you're unsatisfied with a completed consultation, please contact us within 7 days to discuss potential remedies.
